His Excellency will deliver a keynote address on the opening day of the 2012 Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences, on Saturday, May 26, 2012.

During the day, he will also host the Governor General’s Round Table on Community-Campus Collaboration, and attend a panel discussion on research, education and service to community presented by the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI). All three events will be held at Wilfrid Laurier University, in Waterloo, Ontario.
