The Canada Foundation For Innovation To Hold Meetings Across Canada

Ottawa, February 2, 1998 - The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) will be holding meetings with the research community in nine Canadian cities between February 17 and March 6, 1998. Discussions will touch upon a wide range of issues such as application and review procedures, assessment criteria, summaries of institutional research plans, funding partnerships, eligible costs, and collaboration between institutions.

The information sessions will be led by Dr. Denis Gagnon, Acting President and CEO, and Ms. Carmen Charette, Vice President (Programs). Representatives of all sectors of the research community are invited to attend. A question period will follow the presentations by the CFI representatives. A meeting schedule appears below.
