CFI Web Services Survey

The CFI is undertaking a review of its online systems. Given the growth of the CFI and its extended mandate, we feel that a system renewal is warranted. We are committed to client service and have made this a top priority in all aspects of this project.

We are currently in the first phase of the process, the requirements gathering phase. To build a robust system that responds to client needs we need to hear from you! We want to correct the shortcomings of the current system and build in new functionality that will make completing and communicating CFI documentation easier for you. To this end, we are inviting you to participate in a survey where you will have the opportunity to state your opinions on the various aspects of the current system and answer a few questions about what you would like to see in the next system. The responses are generally multiple choices but you'll find many opportunities to offer your comments in narrative form as well.
