OTTAWA, November 3, 2003—Today, Dr. David Strangway, President and CEO of the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), joined by Allan Rock, Minister of Industry, announced an investment of $24.3 million to support 124 infrastructure projects in 38 universities across Canada.
