Biography - David Fung

Dr. David Fung, came to Canada from Hong Kong in 1966. He obtained his Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate degrees in chemical engineering from McGill University in Montreal. In 1986, he became President of Chemetics International Company, a major global process technologies development and licensing company in Canada.

In 1989, Dr. Fung established ACDEG International Inc. Currently, through strategic alliances and partnerships, ACDEG has R&D, manufacturing, distribution, and/or marketing capabilities in North America, Europe, and Asia. Dr. Fung is trading products and developing projects worldwide. His projects include forest products, electrical power cogeneration, renewal energy, environmental protection, packaging waste recycling, specialty chemicals, agric-foods, technology commercialization, and global supply chains. Dr. Fung is actively involved on the Boards and/or Advisory Boards of various educational institutions, professional associations, and trade associations in Canada.
