Biography — Carolyn Cross

Ms. Cross was one of the initial founders and financial supporters of Ondine Biomedical Inc., and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company. With more than 20 years of experience working with early stage companies and 28 years of experience with public market securities, she was previously responsible for managing various funds as a Vice President with Royal Bank Investment Management Inc., the fund management arm of the Royal Bank of Canada. Ms. Cross currently sits on a number of boards, including Periowave Dental Technologies Inc., OrGenX Biopharma Corp., Sinuwave Technologies Corp. and the International Photodynamic Association. She is also on the Advisory Board of the McGill University Dental School and is Corporate Secretary and a founding member of the PanAmerican Photodynamic Association. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, the International Women’s Forum, the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts, the Courthill Foundation, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Ms. Cross is the Founder of OrGenX Biopharma Corporation, a WEConnect certified company. Ms. Cross holds a CFA designation, an MBA from York University and an Honours in Business Administration from Western University.
