The Platform Outcome Measurement Study (POMS)
The Platform Outcome Measurement Study (POMS) methodology is a tool developed by the CFI to support its evaluation activities. POMS builds on the successes and learning from the CFI outcome measurement studies. It is designed to assess the degree to which the CFI’s investment in large-scale, specialized, purpose-built research infrastructure that serve specific needs of the Canadian research community have had a transformative impact and are contributing to the CFI meeting its objectives.
